Every fall quarter we open the sign-up sheet for new graduate and undergraduate members. The organizers get together and match grads with undergrads and the new mentoring pairs or groups are announced at our fall event. We host one event per quarter bringing together all participants. We ask the mentors to meet with their mentees about once a month in an informal setting, i.e. over coffee, ice cream, etc.
